Megan brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to Continuance Limited. Originating from South Africa, Megan commenced her career in the corporate world, where she honed her skills in financial banking compliance and organizational development. It was during this time that Megan's passion for business continuity was ignited, leading her to transition into the field with a small boutique firm.
As business continuity evolved into a regulated compliance discipline, Megan's corporate experience became a significant asset. She quickly found herself consulting for prominent corporates, including the Big 4, specializing in the intersection of business continuity, IT, and finance. This exposure to regulation and compliance introduced Megan to the world of globally recognized ISO standards and guidelines, particularly the certification of ISO 22301 management systems.
From the outset of her business continuity journey, Megan immersed herself in the realm of ISO certifications for large corporates. Building on this expertise, she then extended her services to cater to the needs of SMEs seeking tailored business continuity solutions beyond the scope of ISO certification.
Upon relocating to New Zealand, Megan observed a distinct approach to business continuity within the local context. Recognizing an opportunity to fulfill the demand for flexible and relevant business continuity management practices, she founded Continuance Limited.
